QUOTE:
As we wind down the term, I wanted to share this fun picture book with you.  A lone librarian spends Christmas Eve working at a library in desperate need of renovations and struggling with the effects of cut-backs and low staffing.  Her weary eyes are amazed to see Santa cruise out of the sky in a red bookmobile with Shakespeare's portrait airbrushed on the side!  Santa and his elves proceed to fill the shelves and spread cheer to all the patrons calling "Happy reading, you bibliophiles!" and "The best gift of all is a library card!"

Nick boomed from his book van, "Do one more good deed.
Have a REAL merry Christmas - teach someone to read!"
